Returns & Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@Livbed.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@Livbed.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Free Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING (Standard or Curbside) on all orders within the contiguous United States. (Shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional shipping charge)
Custom or White Glove Delivery: We also offer Custom Delivery (Inside home or garage), as well as White Glove Delivery (Setup) on certain products. Call (401)-203-7348 to get a quote
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you wish to cancel your order prior to production, please contact us via phone as soon as possible (401)203-7348. Orders usually begin production same day. If order is cancelled after production/shipment there will be a 25% restocking fee as well as all shipping costs related to order.
All of our beds are custom Made-To-Order beds and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. As soon as your order is processed it will enter its production immediately. Once the product enters production, all orders are final and are therefore not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
In specific approved cases, certain products and/or accessories are eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. For these cases to be approved for refund or exchange, they must be in new and unopened (sealed) condition in original packaging. When product is thoroughly inspected, if it is found to be unsealed or not in original packaging, refund/exchange will be voided.
If items are returned, you will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with its return. Furthermore, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund which will be processed after item has been received in perfect condition.
